Our farm, set in the heart of Tuscany, breeds Cinta Senese and Grigio della Querce pigs in a semi-wild environment. The latter is a well-known pig breed whose meat is savoury, tender and low in fat.
Both these pig breeds freely graze on our fields, which are rich in olive trees and vineyards, in Montepulciano.
Our pigs are fed with feed products like cereals, horse beans, and corn that are cultivated and harvested in the Tuscan countryside, in order to give them the nutrients they need.
Our farm offers to our customers all kinds of cured meat, which are the cornerstone of the traditional Tuscan cooking. Indeed, our products come from pigs that are born, bred, and butchered in Tuscany, and this is made in order to offer to our customers the ancient flavours and the traditions of our land.
